When booking online a booking fee of 50% of the cost of your total booked services is required to secure your booking. Our online booking software is managed by get timley whose processes and systems are compliant with GPDR. The value of your booking fee will be deducted from your services on the day of the appointment, and the remainder of your treatment will be paid at the end of your appointment.

Please not booking fees will be non-refundable but can be transferred to an appointment if more than 24 hrs notice is given.
